[2009] Case 1: The Company

Hi...

First entry for this year...hahaha...such a long time not writing here due to my other commitment...haha...budget busy sgt laa tu ngalahkan DO lak apatah lg PM...ceshhh perasan maut mamat neh....ahakssss....

Eventually aku masih sedar akan kewujudan blog ku yg 'terchenta' nehh after 'mengabaikan' nyer...erm, as for the kicking start, what shud i write ehh??? how about a recap about my life for couples of months for this year...sounds bored rite??? ahhh, ada kesah???hehe

As for this year, I was absorbed to new wing division or in a simple word I was transferred to another newly setup company that's called EBR (bkn nama sbnar -P) SB...meaning to say, aku telah 'berenti' dari AT (pun bkn nama sbnar -P) then tukau kt company neh since Aug '08... erm, just to let u guys know the reason of this company existance for what (da kuar tanduk durjana neh =P)...haha...

Basically this company was setup to cater any Gov link pojek that required Bumi stats so meaning to say that the line up for this company frm top to the operation level was fulfilled by kulit2 sawo matang mcm aku neh laaa (sawo matang ker aku neh??? ermmm) yg kunun2nya utk menjadi main con utk any Gov link pojek b4 di-sub kpd AT as the sw developer...yelah b4 diz any Gov link pojek, we were assigned as a sub-con to develop sys and architecture by the Main Con (due they hv what we called as Bumi stats)...so, mgt AT berpikiaq alangkah bagusnye if we setup another newly company tht hv Bumi stats as a AT proxy without hv to rely on other Main Con company...mana tidaknye b4 diz most of the work starting frm develop the sys, managed services, support, PM etc smua company aku wat (ex company ...hehe) n yet Main Con yg dpt pojek tu goyang kaki jer smbil menunggu payment dr client n off course their payment allocation more than us... ibarat kata bidalan laa kan "lembu yg punye susu, sapi dpt nama...." hahaha... kirenye dpt payment direct laaa dari client tanpa melalui 'org tgh' as per current practise dulo2 yg mana akan dpt kpd Main Con b4 distribute to Sub Con...in certain cases, payment suda dpt lama frm client tp Main Con wat hal lak when late in paying to sub con and more worst pabila ada yg x byr langsung sbb nk rolling hutang keliling...yg jadi mangsa sape lg klu bkn sub con...aduyaiii...

When this happened to AT so frequent (i must say dizzzz...huhu) , the Management decided laa utk tubuhkan EBR neh n jgn x tau siap dpt consent n supportive frm core client lg...huhuhu...therefore, by doing this will makes company budget n expenses not going out to other unrelated companies...haha... bertapa laa trend org bisnis skrg sungguh cekap mengambil peluang yg tersediaaa...

So in return.... apa yg aku dpt????? definetly nothing frm the time being, just has to add more patience n trust to my superior to make this company growth without having to rely to much to AT in the future...thats their planning that I heard lorrr.... hahaa... pray hard to see this happen in the future ( ";) haha

oklah geng, aku out frm now... going to sleep larrr...minggu neh aku memanjang masuk lewat jerrr... aduyaiii parah2...da laaa musim appraisal nehhh.... huhuhuhuhu...
